Stephen J. Kramer, MD — Chief Executive Officer. A board certified licensed physician who practiced in-patient, out-patient, and forensic psychiatry. He was a clinical instructor in the department of psychiatry, both at the Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center. He received a BS in pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, an MD from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency in psychiatry at Montefiore Hospital.

Edward H. Koehler, Jr., MS, MBA — Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to joining the company, he was founder and principal of GulfStar Group, a boutique investment banking firm. Prior to GulfStar, he headed the Houston Investment Banking offices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Merrill Lynch. He has focused his activities over his career on assisting technology and life science companies. He received a BS and MS in electrical and biomedical engineering from Rice University and an MBA in marketing and finance from Harvard Business School.
